ABOUT THE FOUNDER

In 2017, Aadi celebrated his 10th birthday at a school designed to educate underprivileged girls who would not receive an education otherwise. He was moved by the dedication of these children to get an education in difficult circumstances. The basic things we often take for granted are a treat or luxury for these kids. Inspired by the volunteering works of his grandparents and Gyan Jyoti, Aadi, in 2018, started his not-for-profit while cleaning out his closet when he realized how many of his old clothes went to waste. With this, he started Prosfero, meaning donate in greek (προσφέρω), with the simple goal of sending second-hand clothes to underprivileged children in India.
